BREAKING:

AUSTIN, Texas (CN) — Sources confirmed Thursday the FBI has subpoenaed Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton after his senior staff revolted and reported him for alleged corruption, bribery and abuse of office for investigating the enemies of campaign donor and Austin real estate investor Nate Paul.

Three sources told the Austin American-Statesman and ABC-affiliate KVUE that federal agents delivered at least one subpoena to Paxton’s office in Austin on Wednesday. The FBI declined to comment on the report Thursday — the agency has yet to publicly acknowledge an investigation into Paxton is taking place. Paxton’s office could not be reached for comment after office hours Thursday.

The report comes two months after seven of Paxton’s senior staff asked for the federal investigation after Paxton appointed Houston attorney Brandon Cammack as a special outside prosecutor for the Paul investigation. The staff mutinied after Cammack had a Travis County grand jury subpoena Paul’s creditors in September.

“We have a good faith belief that the Attorney General is violating federal and/or state law, including prohibitions relating to improper influences, abuse of office, bribery, and other potential criminal offenses,” the one-page letter dated Oct. 1 states. “Each signatory below has knowledge of facts relevant to these potential offenses and has provided statements concerning those facts to the appropriate law enforcement authority.”

JIM WATKINS AND SUPPOSED PLOT TO INCITE MURDER

New startling revelations in a Palm Beach County, Florida courtroom have re-ignited the links between 8kun founder and alleged QAnon conspiracy theory promotor Jim Watkins (Japan) and two legal heavy weights in the election fraud debate: Sidney Powell and Ken Paxton.

These developments have fueled Internet blog-o-sphere rumors that Ken Paxton is the target of a black-mail and extortion ring, according to an on-again / off-again Schoenberger associate close to the matter who resides in Texas.

Internet observers cite the supposed "incitement to murder" video podcast that allegedly featured Thomas Shoenberger (Provo, Utah) (see time-mark 5:00 in below video).

During a contempt of court hearing in Florida (12/08/2020) angry words were exchanged about Thomas Schoenberger (the man dining with Ken Paxton at a BBQ country club in the Spring 2018) and his appearance on a "8kun" talk show with Jim Watkins.

As seen in the video below, an attorney was attempting to have some kind of protection order issued against Thomas Schoenberger (see time-mark 5:00) by a Florida judge.

NOTE 1 of 2: BBQ lunch February 17, 2018 between Mr. Schoenberger, Ken Paxton, another "founder" of QAnon (Manuel Chavez, III of Carson City, Nevada) and a mystery man (allegedly Ed Butowski of Dallas, Texas).

NOTE 2 of 2: Ironically, Schoenberger's former partner and self-proclaimed QAnon founder Manuel Chavez, III obtained a protective restraining order against Schoenberger in the Carson City, Nevada courts.

Former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell called in the cavalry in her long-shot lawsuit to overturn the presidential results in Georgia, filing an affidavit from former 8kun administrator Ron Watkins on Tuesday. Watkins, who does not have experience with election software, said he quit the online forum—best known as ground zero for the QAnon conspiracy theory —in November.

Notably, Watkins’ affidavit does not directly allege fraud, instead saying machines used in Georgia “may enable voter fraud by unethical officials.” Georgia’s top elections official, Brad Raffensperger—a Republican who Trump endorsed in 2018—has denied these allegations, and Powell’s legal challenges have repeatedly been rebuked in court.

Powell filed an affidavit from Ron Watkins, the son of 8kun’s owner, Jim Watkins, in a Georgia lawsuit alleging that Dominion Voting Systems machines used in the election had been corrupted as part of a sprawling voter-fraud conspiracy. As described by The Washington Post, “Powell has claimed that a diabolical scheme backed by global communists had invisibly shifted votes with help from a mysterious computer algorithm pioneered by the long-dead Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez — a wild story debunked by fact-checkers as a ‘fantasy parade’ and devoid of proof.”
