Will Judge Valerie E. Caproni face a misconduct hearing over Marcus Conte letters in Second Circuit?
Updated: Sep 28, 2020
OPINION AND EDITORIAL
Marcus Conte, the "Ghost of Brooklyn", is well know for his psychic stock market predictions and his Satanic masses on his podcast media empire.
Internet observers may recall the fracas Marcus Conte was enmeshed into with the Brooklyn Medical Center over the alleged "black racist affair" with a hospital security guard.
Now Marcus Conte's letters written to Judge Valerie E. Caproni, federal judge of the Southern District of New York, may be the pivotal evidence in a rumored judicial conduct complaint orbiting the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
BROOKLYN MEDICAL CENTER AFFAIR
Meanhwile, Marcus is busy with his second attempt to influence William LaMot, Reginal Director of the New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR). The first attempt was in 2015 when Marcus demanded $10,000 in punitive damages from the New York City trash department (see below).
Marcus Conte is now well known for the next NYSDHR alleged "shake down" in Conte v. Brooklyn Hospital Center (complaint no. 2). He now faces the opposed hospital's attorney:

THE "WELL KNOWN" MARCUS CONTE
Like others (Jason Goodman) Marcus Conte almost seems to take child-like glee in riddling the Internet with his address from numerous court documents in various cases and letters to Hon. Valerie E. Caproni.
