Tish James, N.Y. Attorney General, advised Jason Goodman may be suing CEO of the EMMYS and 11 others

OPINION AND EDITORIAL
At the private request of alt-right pro-Trump extremist and conspiracy theorist Jason Goodman, the staff of the New York Attorney General have been provided a copy of the latest pleading in his slander, defamation and libel lawsuit in the Southern District of New York (S.D.N.Y.).
In another development on 09/01/2020 Goodman filed a "COUNTER-CLAIM" with the S.D.N.Y. that has added the President of the television Emmys -- Adam Sharp -- as a new third-party defendant.

Meanwhile, another pleading, known as a "Supplemental Complaint" states allegations that Jason Goodman uses his commercial business Multi-media Systems Design, Inc. (M.S.D.I.) to create fake public consensus using sock puppet accounts, bots and by purchasing fake "likes", fake "subscribers" and fake "comments" on his conspiracy video podcasts (see conspiracy brand "CrowdSource The Truth).

In January, 2019, N.Y.A.G. "Tish" James settled a major lawsuit with a seller of fake "likes", "comments", and "subscribers" that used bots and sock puppet accounts, eerily similar to the allegations raised against Jason Goodman. The end game of such illegal activities is to create a false perception in the mind of the public that someone like Jason Goodman could achieve some degree of social influence with his rogue gallery of side-kicks. See New York General Business Law sections 349 and 350.
Meanwhile, Jason Goodman has privately demanded that the N.Y.A.G. review the slander, libel and defamation lawsuit for some kind of "abuse" of the legal system. To honor Goodman's request, the latest pleading (Supplemental Complaint) was sent to about a dozen attorneys that work in the N.Y.A.G. as a courtesy to "conspiracy theorist" Goodman.
