GEORGE WEBB FACES HIS DOPPELGANGER MONDAY IN DETROIT FEDERAL COURT -- SWEIGERT VS. CNN
George Webb (Sweigert) is suing the Cable News Network (CNN) in Detroit, Michigan for slander and defamation. Only trouble is Webb is an "investigative journalist" based in Washington, D.C. and not Michigan.
Now Webb must face his own brother in a court hearing Monday (June 7, 2021) at HIGH NOON (PST). On the table is a motion to change the venue of Webb's lawsuit to New York City, where the headquarters for CNN is located.
Unfortunately, court documents from Michigan may have implicated Jason Goodman in a sticky situation of making false claims in the Southern District of New York.

Some observers consider this a legal paradox. One the one hand there is a lawsuit without a proper venue (Detroit) and a proper venue without a lawsuit (New York City).
George Webb and his sidekick Jason Goodman became infamous for their co-hosted social media podcast videos on Columbia drug cartels and "rat lines" moving drugs and weapons.
Now Jason Goodman may be implicated in a fraud on the court scheme. These new allegations come on the heels of other suspected fraud on the court in the EMMY Awards v. Jason Goodman trademark lawsuit for "parody" pending in the S.D.N.Y. with judge Valerie E. Caproni.

HOW BAD WERE THE FALSEHOODS PUSHED BY JASON GOODMAN AND HIS APPARENT GHOST WRITING ATTORNEY?
Meanwhile, screen shots of podcast videos have implicated Jason Goodman in a so-called "fraud on the court" scenario. Seems like all roads lead back to that pesky 7/7/17 TRUMP TACO SALAD.
In recent court papers filed under oath in the S.D.N.Y. Goodman proclaimed that he immediately severed relations with his former co-host, aka room-mate, George Webb after the so-called Port of Charleston "dirty bomb hoax" of June 14th, 2017.
But, new video evidence has surfaced in Detroit of Goodman having a taco salad with George Webb at Trump Tower, New York City, on 7/7/2017. There is also a video of Mr. Goodman setting up a "three-way" "phone patch" between himself, Webb and Donie O'Sullivan of CNN on 8/17/2017.

At stake are the so-called false assertions, made under oath, that Jason Goodman cut-off his relationship with the threat of the "dirty bomb hoax" information -- Oakey Marshall Richards, aka ROCK HUDSON of the famous CrowdSource The Truth "HUDSON REPORT".
Apparently "shortly thereafter" means nine (9) months in the magical land of CrowdSource The Truth and the famous "time phone hack" which claimed to "bend time".
In the time bending universe of CrowdSource The Truth terminating any further contact with someone means producing twenty-five (25) videos podcasts with that person (Rock Hudson, aka Mr. Richards).
"Terminating further contact" and "shortly thereafter" refers to nearly a year's duration of podcast video adventures into the "time phone hack".
TIME PHONE HACK
The TIME PHONE HACK was a meme promoted by CrowdSource The Truth in 2018 near the first anniversary of the Port of Charleston "dirty bomb hoax" 6/14/2017, similar to the infamous "ice bucket challenge".
The popular "time bending" narrative was pushed in April 2018 by Jason Goodman and his co-host Quinn Michaels (aka Korey Atkin, essentially banned from the State of Oregon on various domestic restraining orders).
